Michelle Rousseau is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Planning at Workers Credit Union, where she leads enterprise planning, OKR program design, Baldrige Excellence Builder work, and BPM maturity, connecting strategy to execution across the credit union's four Strategic Imperatives: Financial Sustainability, Engaged & Delighted Members, Tech & AI Driven, and Engaged & Servant Culture.
Michelle's career spans HR in Chicago, operations at a 3,000-employee Broadway production company in New York City, innovation and organizational transformation leadership at CableLabs, and Head of Culture at the startup Kyrio. That blend of human-centered leadership, innovation participation, and deep change experience gives her a distinctive ability to align strategy, culture, and execution.
A systems thinker, certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, and experienced Agile/Scrum and SAFe practitioner, Michelle partners with Chiefs and Senior Leadership to turn strategic ambition into measurable outcomes. She is known for clear, executive-ready
communication, cross-functional facilitation, and building the leadership rhythms that make growth sustainable.
Michelle graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with degrees in Psychology and Sociology.
Michelle is currently based in Denver, Colorado, but is often found enjoying the entire state.
