Tedd Snyder
Madison, WI
Tedd lives in the Madison, Wisconsin area. His performance excellence experience includes 19 years as an examiner with the Wisconsin Forward Award and two years as a judge. Tedd has been a member of the Baldrige Board of Examiners for 16 years. Tedd previously served with WSQA/PENW from 2009 until 2017 as a member of the Panel of Examiner and Process Development and the Judges Panel.

Dan Edds has served with PENW as a regional team leader and examiner. As an active consultant, he has incorporated the Baldrige framework into his practice, including nearly 250 organizations. Baldrige's emphasis on a “systems perspective” led him to pursue a PhD in Systems Thinking through the Birmingham Leadership Institute (UK).

Margaret wants to share her 25+ years of experience assessing organizations for improvement with the Baldrige Performance Excellence program, the Washington State Quality Award program and Performance Excellence NW. She mentors Examiners in writing relevant feedback reports for applicants, as well as new Judges in their role.

Lourdes spent much of her career at Hewlett-Packard in Boise, ID. Her passion for helping organizations reach higherlevels of process excellence matched with her background as an Industrial Engineer. She is passionate about improving the work environment for women and minorities and inspiring children and young women to pursue STEM careers.
