Examiners are the largest group of volunteers and are the engine of the program. They are trained to review applications and develop feedback reports based on the Criteria for Performance Excellence. A great place to learn more and begin volunteering.
Judges
Judges are a objective body within PENW's Governance structure to protect the integrity of the assessment program. Judges support assessment teams and sharing knowledge to ensure applicant's receive value-added feedback.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors work to achieve the organization's Vision, Mission, Values and Core Competencies and ensure longer-term viability of the program's service offerings. These leaders actively shape the direction of the program.
Ad Hoc Groups
Ad hoc groups are formed as needed to fill in the gaps between the other three volunteer groups: Examiners, Judges and Board of Directors. Ad hoc committees often support short-term board strategic and operational objectives.
