Juan Padilla, MSW LMHC

Juan is a dedicated behavioral health leader with 19 years of experience advancing mental health services, clinical excellence, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to expanding access to quality care and developing innovative, patient-centered programs. His leadership experience includes six years overseeing clinical services and the past five years serving as Director of Behavioral Health, where he has successfully led strategic initiative that enhance services delivery, strengthened operational performance, and improved outcomes for the communities served. 

As a collaborative and visionary leader, Juan has built high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and promoting excellence in clinical practice. He is passionate about creating sustainable systems of care that support both patient well-being and the professional development of clinical staff. 

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Juan values his faith, enjoys spending time with his family, and is an avid golfer.
