Service Description
Get started on your journey to develop a Lite Application and get feedback report! This course is a Senior Leadership Team Program comprised of 16 hours of facilitated sessions and education on the Performance Excellence Framework. This course includes a review of an applicant written Organizational Profile, educational sessions by each of the 7 Categories, fees to submit a 25-page Lite Application, and a peer-based feedback report.
