Service Description

One of the key's to success using performance excellence principles is developing the ability to look beyond your individual processes and begin to evaluate your organization's key systems. These systems are comprised of multiple processes intended to work together effectively. To perform a comprehensive assessment the organization needs to look across all evaluation factors including: --Do we have a systematic, well-defined process that is shared by those performing the work? --Is everyone impacted by this process performing it the same way? And within prescribed timeframes? --What data and information to do collect around this process to know how it is performing? --How are the inputs and outputs up and downstream integrated to ensure harmony within and between key systems? To achieve higher levels of performance the organization needs to systematically assess and improve its key leadership, strategy, customer, measurement, process and operational systems to ensure they are working together to achieve the organizations mission, vision and most important key outcomes. Using the performance excellence framework, organizations can create an environment of agility, resilience, and knowledge to set the course for longer-term success.
