The Baldrige Performance Excellence framework provides a roadmap for achieving and sustaining excellence in all aspects of an organization. It helps organizations assess their performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices across various categories. This 4 hours of facilitated coursework guides senior leadership teams through a discussion to assist them in making an informed decision and understanding some of the challenges they might expect to uncover along their journey.
