Service Description
By attending this course, participants will be exposed to six Baldrige National recipients and their best practices that led them toward world-class results. Using new knowledge gained, participants will apply their learning to a project of strategic importance within their daily work, all while receiving monthly coaching from a PENW facilitator. Over the course, participants build a network of colleagues who are also leading performance improvement efforts in their organization and the shared learning between and among them is one of their greatest leadership take-aways.
