An Early View of the Streamlined Application & Examiner Processes

This session will give you early insight into the changes of the award application and assessment processes and how they could impact the national and regional programs in future award cycles. The new Baldrige Application and Eaminer process are designed to take less time and effort. The streamlined award criteria, application, and evaluation process will result in a substantial reduction in the time and effort it will take for examiners to complete their reviews, and for the examiner team to reach consensus and complete a site visit review. 

The new process will incorporate “standard work” tools. One of the goals of the redesigned process is to ensure an appropriate balance between streamlining and protecting the rigor and integrity of the process.
